Healthy food
In the morning, we serve a delicious healthy breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit, a delicious organic egg or, if you prefer, vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free. Everything is possible. Once a week, I also serve a delicious traditional meal together with my Balinese cook. There are also several restaurants and warungs in the area where you can eat from traditional to Western, from vegan to vegetarian to fish. Have lunch and dinner at your favorite beachfront restaurant. Alone or with (one of) the other women.
Total Woman Bali is a small-scale women's villa where you can relax and empower yourself. At the villa, we offer yoga, meditation, good nutrition, nice massages and tours that show you the real Bali.
Yoga/meditation
Start your day with yoga or meditation. We have a subscription at Yoga school: "Koa Shala". Various yoga classes are given here daily at all levels. Meditation can also be given in the morning at the villa upon request.
Massage/wellness
The villa has a small beautiful spa where massages and other wellness treatments are given. June Wayan, our regular masseuse is available every day to give you a wonderful treatment with attention, skill and love.
Tours
Total Woman focuses on relaxation, wellness, nature, culture and the authentic Bali. We tailor everything to what women like. Our tours are run by Ida Bagus, Jero Made, Ketut, and Alec. They take you to the most beautiful places in Bali. Waterfalls, secret beaches, beautiful gardens/water palaces, sacred places and temples. We participate in special ceremonies and are blessed by high priests and mangkus. On the back of the scooter, we head into the interior landscape, cycle through the rice fields and go to the villages where our team members grew up. We organize shopping trips, visit many markets and go to the local handcraft. (Jero Made is happy to negotiate for you). We also give cooking workshops and are happy to take you to nice warungs (eateries) to let you taste real Balinese specialties. Experience the REAL Bali with us.
